• If your laundromat does not run 24 hours a day then you will need to set the last wash time. For instance, if your laundromat closes at 10 pm them your last wash time should be set at 8:30 pm to give customers ample time to not only wash but dry their clothes as well.
• Protect your business by informing customers that they are responsible for their personal belongings and children. You are not liable if their purse were to become stolen or children become injured.
• Have an on-the-floor monitor who can answer any questions that customers may need to be answered. They can also keep an eye on the machines and remind customers of the laundromat’s dos and don’ts.
